This includes coordinating with the structural engineer, obtaining and reviewing the structural set, sending plans to qualified general contractors for bidding, reviewing pricing together, and adjusting the design to align with budget and scope. Clementine serves as your advocate and liaison at every stage and is the premiere, concierge-level architect in Charlotte.

On every jobsite there are unknowns, especially with renovations and additions. When questions arise, contractors call Clementine directly. We problem solve together, evaluate constraints, and present you with clear options along with our professional opinion on each.
